Court dates and dispositions belong with the clerk, custody facts with the detention authority, warrant status with the sheriff or issuing court, statewide history with SLED Criminal Justice Information Services, and registry status with the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry. Certified documents can be issued only by the proper custodian.
